Service Scope
Seamless Expense provides tools for receipt capture, expense tracking, categorization, reporting, and related integrations. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features over time.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you create an account or connect third-party services.
- Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with the platform, infrastructure, or other users.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or abuse the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or other billing channels. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are presented at purchase time. Platform store terms may also apply to mobile subscriptions.
Third-Party Services
Some functionality depends on third-party providers such as authentication, analytics, cloud infrastructure, email providers, or app stores. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of those third-party services.
Intellectual Property
Seamless Expense, including its branding, software, design, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or fitness for any particular accounting, tax, or compliance requirement. You remain responsible for reviewing exported or AI-generated data before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seamless Expense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
